As you are aware the 2022 Single Application & Entitlement Transfer opens on 1st March.
Key dates for the 2022 scheme year are as follows

| 1 March – 3 May | Entitlement Transfer Service available |
| 1 March – 16 May | Single Application and Maps Service available. Single Applications can be submitted and amended without financial penalties |
| 17 May – 9 June | Single Applications can still be submitted but will incur financial penalties of 1% per day (or 4% for the Regional Reserve) |
| 17 May –31 May | You can amend a Single Application (to add or remove land) that was submitted by 16 May without financial penalties |
| 1 June – 9 June | You can amend a Single Application (to add or remove land) that was submitted by 16 May but will incur financial penalties of 1% per working day (or 4% per working day for Regional Reserve applications) on any increase to your claim |
| After 10 June | You can correct a Single Application form at any time by submitting Form SAF3. You can remove land provided we have not told you about an on-farm inspection or we have not identified an error in your application. You can add land, however you will not be able to activate it for payment. |
| 21 March | EFS payments for 2021 claims will commence |
| 30 March | Facility to claim Small Woodland Grant Scheme available on Single Application |
| 6 & 27 April | Facility to claim EFS available on Single Application |
| 27 April – 13 May | EFS Tranche 6 Higher opens for applications |
| 15 August – 9 September | EFS Tranche 6 Wider opens for applications |
| 17 October | Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) payments for 2022 applications will commence |
